Australian Community Managers

As the primary representative for community management across Australia and New Zealand, ACM supports professionals through mentoring, research, and events. Their annual industry report is one of the most definitive publications in the sector, and the 10th anniversary edition called for something that matched the occasion.

We've partnered with ACM on the report since 2023, and for this edition, we leaned into what makes ACM distinctive: a bright, vibrant palette, rounded forms that echo the warmth of their brand, and a visual language that feels anything but corporate. We translated dense findings into something clear and engaging. No hard edges, no cold layouts. Just a report that feels as alive as the community it represents and actually invites you in.
